missingWrote a review on Jan 06ineffective maintenance
The room was unbearably small and stifling. Despite asking for help multiple times, the maintenance couldn't fix the uncomfortable heat. I spent two miserable nights tossing and turning, with no sleep after a long journey.

missingWrote a review on Jan 05clean roompowerful showercozy atmospheretight space
The absence of a mini-fridge left some essential snacks and drinks out of reach, which might annoy those who like to keep things cool. The room seemed a bit tight, particularly for a family with a lot of luggage, making it a challenge to comfortably navigate the space. Breakfast options could definitely use some variety. the repetition felt like hitting the same boring note every day, lacking a bit of excitement.

Breakfast had many options, and I appreciated the friendly staff. The room was clean and spacious, and I was able to open the windows for fresh air, which was nice after long days of exploring. I enjoyed the location near designer shops. It was easy to reach from the airport and navigate the transportation system. My stay was enjoyable overall and was a good choice for my family with children.
The entrance's address was misleading, as it was on a side street. The hotel was slightly away from the main attractions, which required some public transport to reach them.

I had a fantastic stay with my family, enjoying the spacious comfort of the twin room and a delightful breakfast with tons of options. The hotel offered a lovely wellness area to unwind and a cozy lounge to relax after a day out. One minor hiccup was the check-in time at 3 PM, which made us wait a bit, but overall, it was a wonderful experience! 😊

missingWrote a review on Nov 04easy transport
The location sets up easy access to public transport, particularly the U-Bahn, making it simple to reach various attractions. The cleanliness of the rooms stands out, and the soundproofing works well, blocking out most outside noise, even from the busy street below.
The Comfort Double Room feels tight with limited space, so if you need more room to stretch, this might not be it. The bathroom isn't on the larger side either, cramping one's personal space a bit. Breakfast at €16 didn't seem worth it. there are plenty of bakeries nearby that offer a better value. During my stay, the Wi-Fi had its moments of instability, making it frustrating for streaming or work—might be fine for light browsing but not much beyond that. Also, if you find yourself on the first floor, be wary of privacy issues due to proximity to a public parking area that allows people to glance right into your room.

The nearby gems like Steinofen Pizza Pasta and Clara Vere are a must-try for local eats that hit the spot! Plus, the bar scene had a nice vibe for unwinding after a long day. Access to the U-Bahn was a breeze, making it so easy to explore all that Berlin has to offer.
The room felt tighter than a sardine can, and the breakfast options could jazz things up a bit—same old, same old gets old fast.

missingWrote a review on Oct 04clean roomgreat locationdry aircongested elevatorsexpensive breakfast
Quiet stay with a comfortable bed and well-equipped room featuring a kettle and complimentary beverages. The location is excellent for accessing public transport, just a minute's walk to the subway. Cleanliness standards were high, but the elevators became congested during peak times, and the air conditioning made the air quite dry. Breakfast while good, was on the pricier side, which could deter budget-conscious travelers.

The hotel is in a perfect spot near the U-Bahn, making trips around the city super easy. We really enjoyed our time at Zoo Berlin, just a short train ride away. The staff kept everything clean and comfortable for our family, which was a huge relief.
My kids wished for a small play area to enjoy during waits. It would be great to have some family-friendly activities available.
